Once again, Charles Barkley has dismissed the likelihood of the Golden State Warriors making it to the NBA Finals this season. In response to Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown expressing preparedness for facing Draymond Green and the Warriors in a potential Finals showdown, Barkley jokingly commented that Green wouldn't be involved.
Jaylen Brown: "When I played against you in the Finals, when you went to that level of force, we wasn't ready. But we gonna be ready this time."
Draymond Green: "I appreciate you."
Charles Barkley: "First of all, he won't be there."

Barkley's humor remains sharp, offering another witty remark. Despite the Celtics' defeat to Green's Warriors in the 2022 NBA Finals, a potential rematch could yield different results. Leading the East with a strong 43-12 record, the Celtics stand out, while the Warriors, currently at 27-26, hold the 10th position in the West. Despite doubts, Golden State has shown improvement, winning eight of their last ten games. Green's defensive prowess, averaging 9.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.9 blocks per game, is instrumental.
